Apple Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 12 c Spry or Crisco
- 2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 c buttermilk
Directions
- Slice apples about 5 or 6 in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan Sweeten apples and sprinkle with 14 teaspoon nutmeg and 12 teaspoon cinnamon as for pie
- Mix recipe and pour over apples Bake at 350 until cake is done
