Apple Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 2 No 303 cans apple slices
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 c oil
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 1 rounded tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp allspice
- 1 12 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Mix first three ingredients
- Let stand
- Mix remaining ingredients
- Then mix both batches together
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325
