Apple Raisin Cake
Ingredients
- 3 c unsifted flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 12 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp cloves
- 3 c chopped apples
- 1 c raisins
- 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Grease and flour pans
- In a large bowl mix at low speed first 10 ingredients for 2 minutes
- Stir in apples raisins and nuts
- Mix well
- Pour into pans
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes Frost with 2 cups whipped cream or serve plain
