Apple Snow
Ingredients
- 2 large sour apples peeled and grated
- 1 c plus 4 tsp sugar
- 2 egg whites
Directions
- Sprinkle the sugar over the apples while grating to keep from turning dark
- Break into this the egg whites beat in a large bowl as it makes a lot
- Serve on custard jello fresh fruit etc
