Apple Spice Cake
Ingredients
- 1 2 layer size pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 4 serving size pkg vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c Motts applesauce
- 12 c water
- 14 c oil
- 4 eggs
- 12 tsp ground cinnamon
- 12 tsp ground nutmeg
- 14 tsp ground allspice optional
- 12 c raisins finely chopped optional
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl
- Blend well then beat at medium speed of electric mixer 4 minutes
- Pour in 2 greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pans
- Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool in pan 15 minutes
- Remove
- Finish cooling on a rack
