Apple Spice Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c nuts
• 3 14 c sifted flour
• 2 12 c sugar
• 34 c oleo
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp cinnamon
• 5 c pared apples chopped fine

Directions

1. Combine flour sugar oleo baking soda salt nutmeg and cinnamon in large mixing bowl
2. Mix until well blended
3. Mixture will be dry
4. Add apples 1 cup at a time mixing well after each Stir in 1 cup nuts
5. Turn into a well greased and floured Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan
6. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 Cool in pan for 15 minutes then remove
