Apple Spice Drops
Ingredients
- 12 c butter
- 23 c sugar
- 23 c brown sugar packed
- 1 egg
- 14 c apple juice
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 1 c finely chopped peeled tart apples
- 1 c walnuts
Directions
- Cream sugars and butter Add egg and apple juice Mix flour cinnamon baking soda nutmeg and add to the creamed mixture Fold in apples and walnuts
- Drop by teaspoon on a greased pan Bake at 375 for 12 to 14 minutes Makes 3 12 dozen cookies
