Apple Spice Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 12 C flour
• 1 C sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 2 14 tsp baking powder
• 1 12 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 12 C toasted chopped walnuts
• 12 C dark raisins
• 2 eggs
• 12 C warmed half and half
• 12 C melted butter
• 2 tsp pure vanilla
• 12 C applesauce
• 12 C cubed apples

Directions

1. Mix together first 8 ingredients and set aside
