Apples N Cream Pancake

Ingredients

• 12 c milk
• 2 eggs
• 12 c flour
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 12 c sour cream
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 c apples thinly sliced
• 14 c chopped walnuts
• vegetable shortening and flour for baking sheet
• 2 14 c all-purpose flour
• 1 14 c sugar
• 14 tsp baking powder
• pinch of salt
• 3 eggs lightly beaten
• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 14 tsp almond extract
• finely grated zest of 1 orange
• 12 c coarsely chopped almonds

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease and flour a baking sheet
3. Shake off excess
4. In a large bowl sift flour sugar baking powder and salt together
5. Make a well in center of the mixture
