Applesauce
Ingredients
- Apples McIntosh Dr Mathews or Jonathans
- 1 c water
- 1 12 c sugar
- 2 heaping tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Peel apples then slice Put apples and water in pan and cook about 15 minutes or until tender Use a potato masher to mash apples Add sugar–about 1 12 c to your own taste Add cinnamon heat for 5 minutes
