Applesauce CakeNo Eggs

Ingredients

• 12 c oil
• 1 c sugar
• 1 15 oz can applesauce
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 12 c raisins
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 Tbsp hot water

Directions

1. Cream oil and sugar
2. Add applesauce and flour which has been mixed with spices
3. Mix in raisins
4. Mix soda with hot water and add last
5. Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan Sprinkle with granulated sugar making a light coating
6. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until done
7. No frosting is needed
8. Best served warm
