Applesauce Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 4 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground allspice
• 14 tsp ground cloves
• 2 tsp soda
• 2 c applesauce
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy in large mixing bowl
2. Add eggs and beat well
3. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture alternately with applesauce
4. Add vanilla and mix well
