Applesauce Fruit Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 12 c applesauce
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 c raisins
• 12 c butter
• 2 c sifted flour
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 c chopped nuts pecans
• 1 small bottle cherries

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar well sift dry ingredients and add alternately with applesauce mixing well
2. Add nuts and raisins which have been rolled in flour
3. Bake in oven at 325 for 1 12 hours
4. I use a tube cake pan
