Applesauce Jello Salad

Ingredients

• 1 small pkg lime Jell-O
• 2 c sweetened applesauce
• juice of 1 orange
• grated rind of 1 orange
• 7-Up less than a cup

Directions

1. Heat applesauce and mix with dry Jell-O
2. Measure juice of one orange
3. Add enough 7-Up to make one cup
4. Mix with Jell-O and applesauce
5. Add grated orange rind
6. Pour into mold and chill until firm
