Applesauce Pecan Bread

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canned applesauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 cup flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 12 cup mixed candied fruit if desired
- 12 tsp cinnamon
- 14 cup light brown sugar
- 14 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Beat eggs until foamy stir in applesauce sugar oil and milk
- Gradually add
- dry ingredients stir in nuts and candied fruit
- Spread in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan
- Sprinkle on top cinnamon brown sugar and chopped pecans press lightly with hand Bake 350 for 1 hour
- Can sprinkle confectionary sugar to cover top last 12 hour if too brown
