Applesauce Raisin Spice Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c butter or margarine soft
- 2 c applesauce unsweetened
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp mace
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 34 tsp baking soda
- 1 c raisins
Directions
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients
- Pour batter into greased Bundt pan or tube pan
- Bake at 350 until toothpick comes out clean
