Apricot Almond Brie

Ingredients
- 1 8 to 10 oz wedge Brie cheese
- 12 c apricot preserves
- 1 Tbsp Grand Marnier liqueur
- 1 Tbsp toasted sliced almonds
Directions
- Remove top rind from cheese place cheese on serving plate In a small saucepan combine preserves and liqueur
- Heat until mixture is hot but not boiling
- Pour some of the sauce over cheese save remainder for adding later if desired
- Sprinkle almonds over top
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
