Apricot Angel Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 bars white baking chocolate
  • 13 c butter or margarine
  • 12 c brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 tsp vanilla
  • 34 c flour
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c finely chopped dried apricots
  • 14 c sliced almonds
  • 14 c flaked coconut

Directions

  1. Melt white chocolate and butter and cool
  2. In medium bowl mix brown sugar eggs and vanilla
  3. Add the chocolate mixture
  4. Add salt and baking powder and mix well
  5. Add apricots almonds and coconut
  6. Blend in the flour and mix thoroughly
  7. Pour into greased 9-inch pan
  8. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
