Apricot Angel Brownies
Ingredients
- 2 bars white baking chocolate
- 13 c butter or margarine
- 12 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 14 tsp vanilla
- 34 c flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 c finely chopped dried apricots
- 14 c sliced almonds
- 14 c flaked coconut
Directions
- Melt white chocolate and butter and cool
- In medium bowl mix brown sugar eggs and vanilla
- Add the chocolate mixture
- Add salt and baking powder and mix well
- Add apricots almonds and coconut
- Blend in the flour and mix thoroughly
- Pour into greased 9-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
