Apricot Ball

Ingredients

• 3 8 oz cream cheese softened
• 12 jar apricot preserves
• 12 c chopped dried apricots

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients and roll into a ball
2. Refrigerate 24 hours
3. Roll in chopped pecans
4. Serve with gingersnaps
