Apricot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 2 junior jars apricot with tapioca baby food or 3 small jars
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (English or pecans)
Directions
- Mix together sugar, eggs, oil and baby food.
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nuts; bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Make sure cake is completely cooled before frosting it.
