Apricot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 junior jars apricot with tapioca baby food or 3 small jars
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (English or pecans)

Directions

  1. Mix together sugar, eggs, oil and baby food.
  2. Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nuts; bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  3. Make sure cake is completely cooled before frosting it.
