Apricot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 29 oz cans apricot halves drained
  • 2 stacks Ritz crackers from 1 box divided into 3 parts
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 12 c sugar half brown and half granulated

Directions

  1. Line casserole dish 3-quart size Pyrex with 13 Ritz crackers crumbled
  2. Add layer of apricot halves 1 can Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture
  3. Dot with 1 stick of butter Repeat layer
  4. Bake in 300 oven for about 45 minutes
