Apricot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1 lb 13 oz can apricot halves drained
  • 14 c white sugar
  • 12 c light brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp butter or margarine melted
  • 24 Ritz crackers crumbled

Directions

  1. Place apricots in baking dish cut sides up
  2. Crumble crackers over top
  3. Sprinkle with sugars and drizzle butter over all
  4. Heat at 350 for 20 minutes
