Apricot Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 29 oz cans apricot halves drained
- 2 stacks Ritz crackers from 1 box divided into 3 parts
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 12 c sugar half brown and half granulated
Directions
- Line casserole dish 3-quart size Pyrex with 13 Ritz crackers crumbled
- Add layer of apricot halves 1 can Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture
- Dot with 1 stick of butter Repeat layer
- Bake in 300 oven for about 45 minutes
