Apricot Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 chicken cut up
- 34 c apricot preserves
- 1 envelope onion soup
- 1 regular size bottle Catalina dressing
Directions
- Mix preserves soup and dressing
- Pour over chicken Marinate for several hours or overnight
- Put chicken in casserole
- Cover with marinade
- Cover with foil and bake at 300 until done
- Uncover and brown
