Apricot Delight

Ingredients

• 1 can apricot nectar
• 1 12 pkg lemon jello
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 small can frozen orange juice
• 1 c crushed pineapple
• 12 c chopped nuts
• 1 banana diced small
• 1 c miniature marshmallows
• dash of salt
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Heat apricot nectar just under boiling point
2. Add jello and sugar let cool
3. Add frozen orange juice crushed pineapple nuts banana and marshmallows
4. Stir in salt and lemon juice Congeal in refrigerator
5. Optional
6. Serve with thin layer of Cool Whip
