Apricot Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 angel food cake, broken into pieces
- 46 oz. apricot nectar
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 7 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
- Mix cornstarch and sugar.
- Add nectar and cook, bringing to a boil.
- Stir constantly and cook until thickened.
- Cool slightly.
