Apricot Jam

Ingredients
- 5 c applesauce
- 5 c sugar
- 1 large box apricot Jell-O
Directions
- Heat the applesauce until its hot and bubbly
- Then turn the heat to a low setting and add the Jell-O and sugar
- Stir this mixture until the sugar and Jell-O dissolves
- Cool and place in containers
- This jam must be stored in the refrigerator
- Enjoy this jam on homemade bread or biscuits
