Apricot Jam

Ingredients

  • 5 c applesauce
  • 5 c sugar
  • 1 large box apricot Jell-O

Directions

  1. Heat the applesauce until its hot and bubbly
  2. Then turn the heat to a low setting and add the Jell-O and sugar
  3. Stir this mixture until the sugar and Jell-O dissolves
  4. Cool and place in containers
  5. This jam must be stored in the refrigerator
  6. Enjoy this jam on homemade bread or biscuits
