Apricot Jello

Ingredients
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple plus juice
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 6 oz or 2 3 oz pkg apricot jello
- 1 junior size jar strained apricot baby food
- 23 c sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk chilled
Directions
- Heat all ingredients until almost boiling
- Cool and chill until syrupy but not jelled
- Whip chilled evaporated milk in large mixer bowl
- Then on slow speed add syrupy mixture
- Mix well
- Pour into pan or bowl
- Chill
