Apricot Kolache

Ingredients
- 3 pkg RapidRise dry yeast check date on pkg
- 14 c warm water
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 34 c Fleischmanns sweet unsalted margarine
- 34 c sugar
- 4 egg yolks and 2 whole eggs
- 2 Tbsp lemon rind
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 c milk
- 7 c sifted Gold Medal flour sometimes a little more or less
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 14 cup warm water and 2 tablespoons sugar Set aside
