Apricot Milk Shake

Ingredients
- 2 c milk
- 1 pt vanilla ice cream cut up
- 12 canned apricot halves drained
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 14 tsp almond extract optional
Directions
- Blend 1 cup milk ice cream and apricot halves until smooth Add remaining 1 cup milk lemon juice and almond extract if desired
- Serve immediately
- Yield 4 12 cups
