Apricot Nectar Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Betty Crocker cake mix
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 34 c Wesson oil
  • 34 c apricot nectar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice or dry jello

Directions

  1. Sprinkle last ingredient in cake mix and beat 4 minutes
  2. Mix and pour into greased pan 9 x 15-inch
  3. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
  4. While still hot punch holes in top with toothpicks and pour icing on cake
