Apricot Nectar Molded Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 c apricot nectar
  • 2 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 large No 2 12 can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 12 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c chopped celery
  • 12 c chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Heat apricot nectar to boiling remove from heat
  2. Add lemon gelatin stirring to dissolve
  3. Stir in crushed pineapple Reserve 12 cup of this mixture
  4. Divide remaining mixture in half
  5. Pour 12 into 2-quart mold or 8 x 12-inch pan
  6. Refrigerate until set
