Apricot Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 14 c milk
- 3 c Bisquick mix
- 1 c finely chopped apricots
- 1 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3-inch
- Mix the first 4 ingredients beat hard for 30 seconds
- Stir in apricots and nuts
- Pour into pan bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester stuck in middle comes out clean
- A crack in top is typical
- Cool before slicing
