Apricot Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 34 c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 14 c milk
  • 3 c Bisquick mix
  • 1 c finely chopped apricots
  • 1 12 c chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Grease loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3-inch
  3. Mix the first 4 ingredients beat hard for 30 seconds
  4. Stir in apricots and nuts
  5. Pour into pan bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester stuck in middle comes out clean
  6. A crack in top is typical
  7. Cool before slicing
