Apricot Nut Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c finely cut dried apricots
- 1 jar junior-size baby food apricots
- 2 c self-rising flour sifted
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c oil
- 1 tsp coconut flavoring
- 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven
- to 325Soak dried apricots in the baby food apricots while you assemble other ingredients and grease a 10-inch tube
