  • 1 jar junior-size baby food apricots
  • 2 c self-rising flour sifted
  • 2 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c oil
  • 1 tsp coconut flavoring
  • 12 c chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven
  2. to 325Soak dried apricots in the baby food apricots while you assemble other ingredients and grease a 10-inch tube
