Apricot Squares
Ingredients
- 2 12 c dried apricots
- 1 34 c sugar divided
- 14 c water
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 34 c margarine
- 1 12 c flaked coconut
- 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Cook and drain apricots
- Combine with 34 cup sugar and water cook about 5 minutes stirring until slightly thickened Set aside
