Armenian Rice

Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon chopped
- 1 can beef consomme
- 12 stick butter
- 1 can water
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 c raw regular rice
Directions
- Fry bacon pieces
- Add butter saute onion pieces until golden brown
- Add rice saute 3 minutes
- Put in a 2-quart casserole dish
- Add consomme and water
- Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour Serves 6 to 8
