Artichoke And Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
- 12 stick butter or margarine
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 to 1 c sour cream
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 can artichoke hearts not marinated drained and cut up
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook spinach
- Saute onion in butter
- Mix spinach onion artichoke hearts sour cream and 14 cup of Parmesan cheese in a casserole dish
- Add pepper and toss well
- Put remaining 14 cup cheese on top
- Bake covered at 325 for 30 minutes
