Artichoke And Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg frozen chopped spinach
  • 12 stick butter or margarine
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 12 to 1 c sour cream
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can artichoke hearts not marinated drained and cut up
  • pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook spinach
  2. Saute onion in butter
  3. Mix spinach onion artichoke hearts sour cream and 14 cup of Parmesan cheese in a casserole dish
  4. Add pepper and toss well
  5. Put remaining 14 cup cheese on top
  6. Bake covered at 325 for 30 minutes
