Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 c water
  • 12 c chopped yellow onion
  • 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 14 tsp oregano
  • parsley to taste
  • 14 c fine dry bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Place in a buttered 11 x 7-inch casserole dish
  3. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes
