Artichoke Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 2 cans French-style green beans
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
- 1 c Italian-style bread crumbs
- 12 c olive oil
- 2 to 3 toes of garlic minced
- 12 tsp black pepper
- additional bread crumbs and butter for topping
Directions
- Strain green beans and artichoke hearts
- Cut or mash green beans into small pieces
- Cut artichoke into small pieces
- Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish
- Sprinkle top with additional bread crumbs and dot with butter
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
