Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
- 12 c water
- 12 c chopped yellow onion
- 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp oregano
- parsley to taste
- 14 c fine dry bread crumbs
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place in a buttered 11 x 7-inch casserole dish
- Bake at 350 for 18 minutes
