Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 16 oz can artichoke hearts drained
  • 12 c mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • salt pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
  • juice of 12 lemon

Directions

  1. Fry bacon until crisp Drain and set aside Chop artichoke hearts to a pulp Add all other ingredients Stir well and season to taste Chill and serve with corn chips
