Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can non marinated artichoke hearts
  • 34 c grated Cheddar cheese
  • 34 c grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 14 tsp Tabasco optional
  • 1 c mayonnaise not Miracle Whip
  • 1 4 oz can diced green chilies

Directions

  1. Drain artichoke hearts and chop in small pieces
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Add Tabasco only if you like spicy dip and mix
  4. Put in 1-quart casserole dish or large pie plate
  5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
  6. Serve warm with crackers or chips
