Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can non marinated artichoke hearts
- 34 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 34 c grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 14 tsp Tabasco optional
- 1 c mayonnaise not Miracle Whip
- 1 4 oz can diced green chilies
Directions
- Drain artichoke hearts and chop in small pieces
- Add remaining ingredients
- Add Tabasco only if you like spicy dip and mix
- Put in 1-quart casserole dish or large pie plate
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
- Serve warm with crackers or chips
