Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 16 oz can artichoke hearts drained
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- salt pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
- juice of 12 lemon
Directions
- Fry bacon until crisp Drain and set aside Chop artichoke hearts to a pulp Add all other ingredients Stir well and season to taste Chill and serve with corn chips
