Artichoke Egg CasseroleServes 6

Ingredients
- 2 bunches green onions
- 4 jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 8 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c cracker crumbs
Directions
- Chop artichoke hearts and use oil to saute onions
- Combine and put in greased Pyrex dish
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
