Artichoke Egg CasseroleServes 6

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 4 jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 8 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 lb sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Chop artichoke hearts and use oil to saute onions
  2. Combine and put in greased Pyrex dish
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
