Artichoke Hors DOeuvres
Ingredients
- 2 6 oz jars marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped reserve marinade
- 4 eggs
- 12 soda crackers crushed
- 8 oz sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- dash of salt and pepper
Directions
- Oil an 8-inch square baking dish with marinade from artichokes
- Combine eggs and crackers
- Add the remaining ingredients mix thoroughly
- Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm
- Cool 5 minutes
- Cut into 1-inch squares and serve warm
