Artichoke Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz pkg rainbow rotini pasta
  • 1 6 oz can black olives drained
  • 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts cut in half
  • 1 12 c celery diced
  • 2 c Ranch dressing
  • 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on the box
  2. Drain rinse with cold water and put in a large bowl
  3. Add olives artichoke hearts celery dressing and cheese
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Toss together
  6. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator overnight Makes 8 servings
