Artichoke Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz pkg rainbow rotini pasta
- 1 6 oz can black olives drained
- 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts cut in half
- 1 12 c celery diced
- 2 c Ranch dressing
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta as directed on the box
- Drain rinse with cold water and put in a large bowl
- Add olives artichoke hearts celery dressing and cheese
- Season with salt and pepper
- Toss together
- Cover and let marinate in refrigerator overnight Makes 8 servings
