Artichoke Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg frozen artichoke hearts
  • 12 c bread crumbs flavored
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • minced garlic to taste
  • 5 eggs
  • about 12 c grated cheese
  • 1 small mozzarelle
  • 14 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pie crusts

Directions

  1. Saute artichoke hearts bread crumbs and garlic in olive oil until tender
  2. Scramble eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients
  3. Put artichoke hearts in bottom crust pour egg mixture over it
  4. Cover with top crust
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour golden brown
