Artichoke Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 c fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp garlic in jar
  • 12 c olive oil
  • 1 lb tofu
  • 14 c pine nuts
  • 2 c artichoke hearts
  • 14 c bread crumbs
  • 1 12 Tbsp safflower oil

Directions

  1. Mix basil garlic and oil
  2. Add tofu blend
  3. Mix in pine nuts
  4. Pour into crust and top with artichoke hearts and bread crumbs
  5. Drizzle oil on top
  6. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
