Artichoke Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 2 c fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp garlic in jar
- 12 c olive oil
- 1 lb tofu
- 14 c pine nuts
- 2 c artichoke hearts
- 14 c bread crumbs
- 1 12 Tbsp safflower oil
Directions
- Mix basil garlic and oil
- Add tofu blend
- Mix in pine nuts
- Pour into crust and top with artichoke hearts and bread crumbs
- Drizzle oil on top
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
