Artichoke Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen artichoke hearts
- 12 c bread crumbs flavored
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- minced garlic to taste
- 5 eggs
- about 12 c grated cheese
- 1 small mozzarelle
- 14 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pie crusts
Directions
- Saute artichoke hearts bread crumbs and garlic in olive oil until tender
- Scramble eggs in bowl and add remaining ingredients
- Put artichoke hearts in bottom crust pour egg mixture over it
- Cover with top crust
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour golden brown
