Artichoke Quiche

Ingredients
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 4 bunches scallions
- 8 lunch crackers crushed
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 12 lb grated sharp cheese
- 2 6 oz jars marinated artichoke hearts
- dash of Worcestershire
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Drain oil from artichoke hearts
- Reserve hearts
- Put oil into frying pan
- Heat
- Chop scallions and fry in oil until limp Drain oil reserve scallions
