Artichoke Squares
Ingredients
- 2 6 oz jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 5 eggs
- 12 c seasoned bread crumbs
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 14 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp chopped parsley 1 Tbsp dried
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- 2 c shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
- Drain artichokes reserving marinade from one jar
- Saute onion in marinade
- Cut up artichokes
- Beat eggs and add crumbs and seasonings
- Stir in cheese sauteed onion and artichokes Turn into a greased 11 x 7-inch baking pan
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes
- Cool slightly before cutting into squares
- Makes 40 servings I dont believe it
