Artichokes Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz can artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 c Parmesan cheese
  • 34 c mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Mince artichokes very fine and blend with remaining ingredients
  2. In a small baking dish bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until slightly golden and bubbly around edges
  3. Serve hot with assorted crackers
  4. Especially good with Melba rounds
