Asian Beef Noodles

Ingredients

• 1 lb round tip steak cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 pkg beef-flavored Ramen noodles
• 14 c steak sauce
• 1 medium carrot shredded
• 2 Tbsp onion chopped
• 14 c peanuts chopped

Directions

1. Cook beef with oil to desired tenderness Break noodles into 4 sections and cook save beef seasoningflavoring packet Combine cooked noodles steak sauce carrot onion and beef seasoningflavoring packet Cook until heated throughout Add beef Sprinkle with peanuts Yield 4 servings
