Asparagus-Pea Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large can asparagus drained
  • 1 small can LeSueur peas drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 hard-boiled egg diced optional
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

  1. Layer asparagus peas egg soup and cheese
  2. Top with onion rings
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
