Asparagus And Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 c milk
• salt and pepper to taste
• 34 c grated sharp cheese
• 2 whole pimentos cut fine
• 2 c cooked asparagus

Directions

1. Melt butter add flour
2. Add milk to make sauce
3. Add cheese pimentos and asparagus
4. Salt and pepper to taste
5. Server on toast
