Asparagus Roll-Ups

Ingredients

• white bread cut crusts off all sides and roll flat with rolling pin
• cream cheese softened
• asparagus

Directions

1. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese
2. Steam asparagus until bright green drain and pat dry
3. Lay 2 spears each in opposite direction
4. Roll and cut into 3 or 4 pieces
5. Place on baking sheet
6. Broil until golden
