Asparagus Roll-UpsYields 4 Servings

Ingredients
- 1 loaf white bread
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 3 oz Blue cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 can jar asparagus spears
Directions
- Trim crusts from bread and flatten with rolling pin
- Mix cheeses and egg well
- Spread flattened bread slice with cheese mixture
- Place 1 spear of asparagus across edge of bread and roll up
- Cut into 1-inch pinwheels
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet and brush with melted butter
- Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes Enjoy
