Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pt half and half
- 1 pack frozen asparagus
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley and paprika
Directions
- Cut off top 1-inch of frozen asparagus and reserve
- Chop up remaining asparagus stalks and place in blender
- Add pint of half and half and blend on high for 1 minute
- Put in saucepan add tips of asparagus and bring to scald
- Do not boil
- Serve immediately with sprig of parsley and pinch of paprika
