Asparagus Tomato Salad

Ingredients

• 2 lb fresh asparagus spears cooked and drained
• 13 c mayonnaise
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 14 tsp lemon juice
• 1 medium tomato peeled and diced
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Keep asparagus hot
2. In a small saucepan combine mayonnaise lemon juice salt and pepper
3. Stir over low heat until heated through
4. Stir in tomato heat through
5. Serve over asparagus
